CANCELLATION POLICY

A cancellation fee will apply for all settings cancelled the day of service and/or after 5:00 p.m. (EST) one (1) business day prior to the setting. A cancellation fee will be equal to 100% of the services booked.

Cancellation due to unforeseen circumstance, which include but not limited to, Court-imposed cancellations, bad/expired Zoom link, or anything out of the Client’s control, will be charged 100% of the booked service fee.
