MIAMI LEGAL VIDEOGRAPHERS

LEGAL VIDEOGRAPHY

A videotaped deposition is the most accurate way to preserve testimony, capturing demonstrative evidence and non-verbal cues and details that can’t be captured in the transcript.

Deposition testimony can also be synched to the transcript and created by our full-scale, in-house production team.

Brickell Key Court Reporting records all types of proceedings, such as:

  • Video Depositions
  • Independent Medical Examinations (IME)
  • Psychological Evaluations
  • Video Inspections (Vehicle Damage, Property, Crime Scene)
  • Evidence Documentation
  • Will or Trust Signing/Execution
  • Pre-Nuptial Agreement Signing/Execution
  • “Day in the Life” or “All Day Living” (ADL)
  • Video Conferencing
  • Trial Video Documentation
  • Trial Playback Support

Our in-house legal videographer’s duties include recording video and audio for legal proceedings.  Our videographers record court cases, document deposition proceedings, videotape witness statements, reconstruct incidents through video for use in court proceedings and use video equipment to record wills and testimonies.  Our legal videographers also attend in-person trials to play back expert witness testimony.

When it comes to videography, it is not just the equipment that makes a great videographer. It is the method in which they approach the work that they do.  Brickell Key’s videographers are well versed in videotaped deposition protocol.   With the right training, our Miami legal videographers learn to make the best use of the environment they will be shooting in, always with the mindset of ensuring that the ultimate use of the video – the playback – will be of the highest quality.
