If you are in need of an office location for your Florida Subpoena Duces Tecum, Brickell Key will gladly allow you to use any of our offices listed on our contact us page.

After your subpoena has been issued

After the subpoena has been issued using our address location, but documents are not dropped off on the date/time identified on the subpoena, we do not charge a fee for this service.
If, on the other hand, Brickell Key does any type of documenting handling, i.e. copy/scan documents and/or FedEx back to you, there is a nominal charge.

Completing the process of serving your subpoena

Email your subpoena to scheduling@brickellcourtreporting.com. Let us know that you’re requesting one of our locations for a document drop. That’s it! We will calendar this setting and send you an acknowledgment of scheduling form.After documents have been dropped off at a Brickell Key location
